1. Introduction Welcome to Chairmen (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and products, including custom furniture design, refurbishment, and the creation of casino chairs, tables, car seats, and interiors. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Chairmen provides custom furniture design and manufacturing, refurbishment services, and the production of specialized items such as casino furniture and automotive interiors. All services are provided subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Quotations and Orders: All quotes provided by Chairmen are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit, as stipulated in the quote.

3.2 Payments: Payment terms will be outlined in your quotation and invoice. We require a deposit before commencing work on any custom project, with the balance payable upon completion, unless otherwise agreed. All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR).

3.3 Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us in writing. Cancellations may incur a fee, depending on the stage of production.

4. Custom Work and Approval

4.1 Design Process: We work closely with clients to ensure that custom designs meet their specifications. Final design approval is required before production begins.

4.2 Materials: The choice of materials will be agreed upon during the design phase. While we strive to provide the exact materials specified, we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality in the event of availability issues.

4.3 Changes to Orders: Any changes to the original order must be communicated in writing and may result in additional costs and time delays.

5. Delivery and Installation

5.1 Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Chairmen is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

5.2 Installation: Installation services may be available for certain products, subject to additional charges. Any installation service will be conducted with reasonable care and skill.

5.3 Risk and Ownership: Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery or collection. Ownership of the products will transfer to you only once full payment has been received.

6. Returns and Warranty

6.1 Returns: Custom-made items are non-returnable unless they are defective or not as specified in the final approved design.

6.2 Warranty: Chairmen offers a warranty on workmanship and materials, valid for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or alterations made by third parties.

6.3 Claims: Any claims under warranty must be made in writing and within the warranty period. Chairmen reserves the right to repair or replace defective items at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability Chairmen’s liability is limited to the cost of the products or services supplied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Intellectual Property All designs, concepts, and materials provided by Chairmen remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, replicate, or use these for any commercial purposes without our express permission.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided by Chairmen shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

10. Amendments to Terms Chairmen reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or communication to you. Your continued use of our services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
